The story behind creating animated film, the Mitchells vs. the Machines

The Mitchells vs. the Machines was written and directed by Mike Rianda. He first had the idea for the film in December of 2014. Mike Rianda, the film’s director, claims that the inspiration for the film occurred to him while driving. “This is a very personal film about my absolutely bizarre family,” says director Mike Rianda.
