• Làm việc với đạo diễn hoạt hình và các senior animator để tạo các key animation hoặc mocap animation chất lượng
• Hỗ trợ các buổi quay mocap nhằm chốt chất lượng mocap animation.Hỗ trợ fix lỗi animation.
• Làm việc với nhóm motion capture để giúp các diễn viên trình diễn tốt nhất
• Cộng tác với các nhóm khác để đảm bảo các mục tiêu của dự án được hoàn thành tốt.
• Đào tạo và hướng dẫn các thực tập sinh animator.

• Có ít 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm diễn hoạt cho game hoặc phim hoạt hình.
• Hiểu rõ các nguyên tắc cơ bản về hoạt hình, đặc biệt là chuyển động của con người
• Khả năng thích ứng với các công cụ và công nghệ mới
• Sử dụng thành thạo một trong các phần mềm Maya/3ds Max/Motion Builder/Blender
• Kỹ năng diễn hoạt bằng tay tốt
• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt, cả về kỹ thuật và hợp tác
• Kỹ năng tổ chức và giao tiếp tốt
• Có Kiến thức về cinematic, Unreal Engine hay motion capture là một lợi thế

• Work with animation director and senior animators to create key frame or motion capture animations
• Assist in troubleshooting Animation and technical issues.
• Work with the Motion Capture team to direct talent to capture the highest levels of performances
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure project goals are met and delivered to the highest levels
• Expected to give advice and mentor entry level Animators

• 1-2 years animation experience in game or animation studios
• Strong animation fundamentals with a focus on human movement
• Ability to adapt to new tools and tech
• Experienced animating in Maya/3ds Max/Motion Builder/Blender
• Good hand key animation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills both technical and cross department
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Cinematic, Unreal Engine or Motion Capture Editing is a plus
