• Hỗ trợ sắp xếp công việc cho các bộ phận sản xuất trên yêu cầu của sản xuất hoặc đạo diễn.
• Xử lý các tình huống, tìm kiếm các nguồn lực hỗ trợ để đảm bảo dự án chạy đúng tiến độ và chất lượng.
• Phân công công việc cho các team sản xuất
• Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất của từng team, đảm bảo các team thực hiện đúng timeline
• Quản lý chất lượng file đầu ra để bàn giao cho producer.

• Có 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong các dự án phim ảnh, Music video, TVC, Viral video
• Kỹ năng anh văn thành thạo, vi tính tốt
• Có tinh thần đam mê học hỏi để nâng cao khả năng. Có khả năng sắp xếp và tổ chức công việc
• Có khả năng làm việc theo nhóm.
• Trung thực, năng động, có trách nhiệm với công việc, chịu được áp lực, giờ giấc làm việc khuya.
• Đã từng làm việc ở các studio hoạt hình/ làm phim là lợi thế
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án của production house là 1 ưu thế

• Support work arrangements for the production department on demand by producer or director.
• Handle situations, find resources to make sure the project runs on schedule and quality.
• Assign work to production teams
• Track the production progress of each team, make sure the teams follow the correct timeline
• Quality control of the output files for delivery to the producer.

• At least 1 year of experience in equivalent position in movies, Music video, TVC, Viral video projects
• Fluent English skills, good computer skills
• There is a spirit of passion to learn to improve abilities. Ability to organize and organize work
• Ability to work in groups.
• Honest, active, responsible at work, under pressure.
• Having worked in animation / filmmaking studios is an advantage
• Production house project management experience is an advantage
