Recently, A new game trailer reveals details about Kirby’s first foray into full 3D. This game will launch on March 25 on Switch. Let’s learn about the innovation of this game in this article.

About Kirby
In 1992, the creators of Kirby’s Dream Land for the Game Boy were pressured to match the iconic natures of other Nintendo characters. Settled on a sphere with paws and face, then painted bright pink, Kirby became one of the most recognizable characters in all video games. Kirby was one of many Nintendo game icons of the ’90s.
This is evident through his appearance in the original Super Smash Brothers game on the Nintendo 64, which was also created by Masahiro Sakurai, the creator of Kirby. Although, unlike all the other popular Nintendo titles that went 3D in the late 90s, Kirby is still in 2D. That is, until the latest game, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, is out on March 25.

A new game trailer of Kirby and the Forgotten Land
A new overview trailer for Kirby and the Forgotten Land has revealed a lot about the game and how Kirby will play transferred to 3D. The trailer shows off a ton of locations and game modes to play. Additionally, one player is Kirby, the other is Bandana Waddle Dee, who is one of the characters that the player will spend the game on saving.
The game appears to be closer to the Super Mario 3D World franchise 3D levels than Super Mario Odyssey’s 3D levels. The camera placement is high and often fixed on the level rather than an over-the-shoulder third-person view. This 3D franchise more captures the feel of a 2D game in 3D and so should work well for Kirby’s first 3D game.

Players will have to fight enemies, find secrets and find their way through the level. Kirby’s unique replication mechanics are back for regular enemies, where Kirby has a trait of inhaled enemies. This is combined with the new Mouth Mode, where Kirby can now attempt to inhale non-living objects like cars and traffic cones, stretch around the object, and perform many new abilities based on his new form. This is used to find secrets in unreachable environments.
The title “Forgotten Lands” is quite like an (earth) planet that has been reclaimed by nature. It has long been a popular fan theory that Kirby takes place in the distant future after human civilization.
This game trailer will make gamers standstill. Kirby and the Forgotten Land will launch on March 25 on Nintendo Switch.
